Frozen Fruit Smoothie
We’re big on fruit smoothies. I make one just about every day. I would really like to add beer, but this is for breakfast after all. Ha!
SAM’s Club has yummy produce. I buy bulk fruits, clean them, and toss in a Ziploc freezer bag. We always have blueberries, strawberries and bananas on hand.
Instead of ice, I use frozen fruit to make it rich and thick. I use one cup of milk, a scoop of protein powder (optional), and whatever fruit that tickles my fancy. Toss it in a blender until blended. Done!
Sometimes I add in a spoonful of peanut butter. Very. Delicious.
A smoothie for breakfast really jump starts the day, and only takes five minutes to whip up.

Now thats something i’d like to wake up to 😉 Smoothie looks absolutely delicious. Good call on frozen fruit, too many people miss the fact they can use frozen fruit instead of ice.

Try Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk in place of regular milk! We normally use frozen bananas strawberries and/or blueberries…right right now I’m on a chocolate PB2 with banana kick.
Hi Tammy, Thanks for the ideas. Glen loves chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothies. I like bananas but for some reason I prefer my banana in a cake =)
